Conversation with Jarhead
Emmy had her 6 month checkup this week. Apparently the doctor who saw her was concerned about her size. Obviously he didn't remember that she was premature. Of course she's not going to be the size as most 6 month olds --- she should only be 4 months!!!
I think an increase of over 8 pounds since her NICU release is a great improvement.

Yes, I think Dr.'s can just have the "routine" things to say, without getting all the facts or looking at the charts more closely.
